Meet the Tutor
Mrs. S. Smith, M.Ed.
With six years of experience teaching elementary education and holding a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, I am committed to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment tailored to each student's unique needs. My professional background is further enriched by 15 years of military service, where I served as an Aviation Resource Manager and Logistics Manager. These roles allowed me to develop strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills, as well as a proven ability to manage complex projects in high-pressure environments. Currently, I am pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with an emphasis on Special Education, reflecting my deep commitment to advancing inclusive and adaptive educational practices that support all learners. My approach to tutoring is grounded in evidence-based methodologies, personalized instruction, and a genuine dedication to student success. I am passionate about empowering students to overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve their academic and personal goals through tailored support and collaborative learning strategies.
